Footage from the upcoming Batman v Superman movie was leaked during the Wil Wheaton Project‘s August 5 episode, which marked the second to last episode of the season.

But not really. The footage is just Wheaton’s satirical way of pointing out the movie’s terrible title, which he points out “does not sound like a superhero movie, it sounds like a bonafide court case.”

Along with this video, Wheaton posted the following comment on his website:

As of today, we have one episode left. We won’t know if Syfy is going to order more episodes for about 5 or 6 weeks. We all need the break (it’s a lot of work to make this show, and I think it’s safe to say that we’re all feeling a little worn out), but I’m sad that we’re going to take the break now, when I finally feel like our show is firing on all cylinders.

The season’s final episode airs Tuesday, August 12 at 10 p.m. on Syfy.
