Grabbing cocktails with friends at a bar is awesome. But when the party stays at home, making your own cocktails is a time suck, and may require more skills than you possess.

If you’ve ever had a desire to make cocktails with the touch of a button, there’s a product in development that dispenses alcoholic beverages in a similar manner as Keurig coffee machines.

Bartesian is a cocktail capsule machine that has four refillable glass bottles to hold the liquor (gin, vodka, rum, and tequila). And capsules resembling Keurig’s K-Cups contain concentrated mixers. Simply select your capsule, insert it into the machine, and this robot bartender does the rest. It knows the type and quantity of alcohol to use by scanning a barcode on the mixer capsule.

The convenience factor is pretty cool. But the Bartesian offerings will be pretty limited when the device eventually launches. The company plans to initially offer Cosmopolitan, Margarita and Sex on the Beach capsules, as well as three original drinks: Uptown Rocks, Bartesian Breeze, and Zest Martini.

The company’s Kickstarter campaign raised $115,846 in July 2015. After the success of this campaign, the Bartesian is available for preorder on the company’s website.

So, for those of you with questionable mixology skills, or if you’re just looking for the convenience of having a robot make your cocktails for you, the $299 Bartesian might be the solution you’re looking for.
