On Sunday, December 13, Fox released the first trailer for the much-anticipated Independence Day sequel, Independence Day: Resurgence.
This intentionally vague look at the movie shows that the aliens have returned to Earth. So it’s time for humans to fight back again. But, this time, they have reverse-engineered alien technology to aid in the battle.
Independence Day: Resurgence will hit theaters on June 24, 2016.
