A twelve minute sneak peek of the upcoming animated Batman: The Killing Joke (based on Alan Moore’s classic Batman comic) is now available.

This graphic novel was one of the first I’d ever read, and it truly made me obsessed with the relationship between Batman and The Joker. It seems like they are on the right path with the animated adaptation, and I cant wait to see the animated film in it’s entirety.

What do you think of this ambitious endeavor by DC? Can this film help redeem them from the critically-panned Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice? Let us know in the comment section below!

While a release date has yet to be set for Batman: The Killing Joke, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will host the world premiere this summer at Comic-Con International in San Diego. The film will arrive in stores later this summer. Looking forward to it!
