Bob Lazar Area 51 film releases official trailer

November 20, 2018 Maureen Elsberry

One of the most controversial claims in history and one of the most elusive figures in Ufology is about to take center stage in a new documentary film by investigative filmmaker Jeremy Kenyon Locklear Corbell. Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers is a comprehensive look into Lazar’s life, his infamous claims, and never-before-seen footage and interviews that may transform the way you think.

Lazar first came into the public spotlight in 1989 when he appeared on Las Vegas TV station, KLAS as “Dennis”, a man in the shadows who claimed he worked at a secret military base called Area 51. Lazar further went on to explain, in multiple interviews with award-winning journalist George Knapp, that he was hired to reverse-engineer alien technology. He claimed, that in an area known as S-4, the government was housing recovered extraterrestrial spacecraft. Many of Lazar’s claims including the propulsion methods of gravity waves powered by Element 115, were not verified at the time. In fact, it wasn’t until 2010 that the U.S. government finally acknowledged the existence of Area 51, 2003 until Element 115 was discovered, and 2015 when it was finally added to the Periodic Table. Corbell’s film aims to change the public’s perception of his story and provide an intimate portrait of the private man behind the controversy.

The worldwide premiere of Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers will happen on Monday, December 3rd at the Ace Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles.

The event site explains,

Bob Lazar poster

“An evening hosted by filmmaker Jeremy Corbell and Bob Lazar, join us for the world premiere of this explosive documentary narrated by Oscar nominee Mickey Rourke. Former Government physicist Bob Lazar made headlines world-wide in 1989 when he came forward with his account of reverse-engineering an alien spacecraft for the US Military. The reason the public even knows the name Area 51 is because Lazar talked about the work he did at the formerly secret military base. Burdened with a revolutionary secret, he had to choose between his oath to his country or his conscience. His testimony remains the most controversial and important UFO story of all time. Corbell’s film intimately chronicles the challenges and travails of a cosmic whistleblower. It investigates Lazar’s groundbreaking claims and the devastating impact they have had on his life over the course of the last thirty years; including rare and never before revealed footage guaranteed to alter the landscape of the debate.

Lazar blew the whistle, shocked the world, then went silent – until now.”
